AVP, Project Manager, Trading: <\/span>
The Technology team is responsible for the development, delivery and support of technology solutions to support the Sales and Trading groups Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange Trading groups. This team is responsible for front, middle and back-office applications that are a combination of in-house and vendor supplied software and a variety of technologies. <\/span><\/p>\n

Technology is seeking an experienced, hands-on Project Manager to provide Project Management and Analysis services for FX Sales and Trading front office specifically position management, risk management, trade entry and trade analytics. <\/span><\/p>\n

The candidate will be required to work with a diverse group of individuals including but not limited to Business Sponsors, Business Users, and other IT stakeholders – internal and external. Candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently varying in size and duration, and will be required to provide status updates across multiple levels of management. Candidate will be required to manage a cross-functional team comprising of 10 or more individuals. As the Project Manager, the candidate will be responsible for defining and preparing all project documentation to meet internal Project Management standards and comply with all audit and governance requirements. Individual must be able to effectively work and communicate across the global organization including Business Sponsors, Project Managers, onshore\/offshore Development and QA teams located globally. Project Management role includes the coordination and communication with end users for UAT planning and execution as well as risk assessment to insure projects stay on track and are delivered on-time without business disruption. <\/span><\/p>\n

Requirements <\/span><\/p>\n

Bachelors Degree in technology, finance, engineering or equivalent. MBA or CFA a plus <\/span>
Minimum of 10 years in a senior technology management role <\/span>
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills <\/span>
Very strong management, project management and leadership skills <\/span>
Very strong relationship management skills <\/span><\/p>\n

A successful candidate must have a minimum of 8 years industry experience in the following: <\/span><\/p>\n

Practical FX trading experience and industry knowledge of FX trading organization <\/span>
Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies and demonstrated use of tools and project organization structure <\/span>
Strong Communication skills both verbal and written to communicate across various levels of the organization <\/span>
Candidate must demonstrate adaptability to strategic changes and demonstrate strong initiative and motivation skills <\/span>
Organizational change management <\/span>
Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment, while maintaining the value proposition <\/span>
Vendor and Custom built management and application deployment <\/span>
Demonstrate leadership skills<\/div>\n

 Requirements<\/span>Basic MS Office, None, None None. <\/span><\/p>\n
