About our client<\/strong> <\/span>
Our Client is an international investment bank specializing in cross products. They are looking for a talented administrative assistant to join their fast pace trading floor. This individual will support the head of sales as well as their direct reports. <\/span><\/p>\n

Job description<\/strong> <\/span>
Job Responsibilites included but not limited to: <\/span><\/p>\n

?Answer a high volume of phone calls using a turret phone <\/span>
?Support traders with their day to day needs <\/span>
?Heavy meeting coordination <\/span>
?Prepare materials for meetings <\/span>
?Communicate directly with high-level executives both internally and externally <\/span>
?Coordinate travel arrangements and arrange travel schedules <\/span>
?Maintain confidential files and general organization <\/span>
?Process invoices in a timely manner and maintain electronic and paper filing systems <\/span>
?Schedule conference rooms <\/span>
?Maintenance of monthly Travel and Expense report <\/span>
?Prepare reports as requested <\/span>
?Create and maintain spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and Word documents <\/span><\/p>\n

What’s on offer<\/strong> <\/span>
Page Personnel is offering an hourly rate based on market value for the position. The position will pay time and half for over time. Employees are eligible for benefits after 8 weeks of employment. Could be a temp to perm for the right candidate. <\/span><\/div>\n

 Requirements<\/span>Who we are looking for<\/strong> <\/span>
We are looking for someone who has the following skills. <\/span>
?3-10 years experience <\/span>
?Must have previous experience on a trading floor supporting 30 plus <\/span>
?4 yr degree preferred <\/span>
?Turret phone expierence is required <\/span>
?Proficient in MS Office; Strong Excel <\/span>
?Fluent in another language is a PLUS <\/span><\/p>\n
