You will be charged with the task of developing new strategies utilizing our proprietary software. Unique from other high-frequency firms, our traders work closely with our dedicated technology team in developing and enhancing existing strategies. Requirements<\/p>\n

Job Requirements:<\/p>\n

* Minimum of 2 years plus working experience of power trading (OTC and exchange-cleared products)<\/p>\n

\u00b7 Ability to do light programming work using multi-dimensional arrays, nested loops, complex conditionals, and simple file I\/O
\u00b7 Fluent in Excel with familiarity in VBA or .NET framework
\u00b7 Strong mathematical aptitude
\u00b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree with solid GPA
\u00b7 Learns new concepts quickly
\u00b7 Can be trusted to use good judgment
\u00b7 Is honest and trustworthy
\u00b7 Values teamwork but can still think independently
\u00b7 Can communicate effectively and under pressure
\u00b7 Can adapt to changing situations with ease<\/p>\n
