This individual will have a solid working knowledge of quantitatively based trading strategies. This newly created trading desk can be managed from Baird\u2019s home office in Milwaukee, WI or from its regional office in Stamford, CT. Compensation is 100% cash divided between base salary and a year-end bonus payment. Baird is a privately-held and employee-owned firm, with a broad-based ownership structure.  <\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fullpost\">Requirements<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n<p>1.      Responsible for actively trading domestic equity baskets utilizing industry leading EMS and algorithmic solutions.<br \/>2.      Candidate should be a team player that is able to cultivate client relationships. <br \/>3.      Minimum of 5 years of program trading experience on either the buy-side or sell-side.<br \/>4.      Series 7, 55 &#038; 63 registrations are a plus but not a requirement.<br \/>5.
