Well established Financial Services Firm in NYC is looking for a Fixed Income Trader. Our client is seeking a fixed income sales trader with relationship-driven commission production and a significant probability that this business could be transferred and expanded at our firm.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Execution\/Fixed Income Trading
Ensure that all executions are done within firm policy and according to all regulatory rules and procedures.<\/p>\n

Ensure that all trade executions are fair and reasonable, in accordance with desk policies and in line with current market conditions.
Receive and execute orders from BBH clients through worked or algo directed order types.<\/p>\n

Develop execution strategies and make recommendations to clients.
Monitor markets to analyze trends and events that may impact trading strategies and use information to advise clients.<\/p>\n

Sales Activity<\/p>\n

Provide meaningful flow calls throughout the day to attempt to capture the other side of the trade by knowing the clients interests. Familiar with clients through frequent, value added interaction. Establish and deepen client relationships through regular client visits. At this level, the Senior Sales Trader is a trusted counterparty, relied upon for advice and direction.<\/p>\n
