Core Responsibilities

# Process client model change requests by generating the across-the-board (ATB) block trade orders required to effect the model changes, within client SLAs, while performing all related controls to mitigate risk.
# Process maintenance requests (new accounts, cash flows, terminations, tax harvests, etc.) by rebalancing accounts as instructed and routing the resulting trade orders for execution, within client SLAs, while performing all related controls to mitigate risk.
# Communicate client model changes to Model Only/UMA sponsors in accordance with the ATB trade order rotation, within client SLAs, while performing all related controls to mitigate risk.
# Research trade errors and perform analyses to determine if clients were disadvantaged. If disadvantaged, prepare and submit trade corrections to make the client whole.
# Create and maintain procedures for assigned sponsor relationships.
# Evaluate and escalate all pertinent order generation matters that effect their assigned sponsors to their OG Supervisor and OG Section Manager.

Requirements

# Bachelors Degree
# Minimum 1 years trading experience in the Separately Managed Account (SMA) Wrap industry.
# Proficient working knowledge of Portfolio Management Systems: Vestmark, Checkfree Security APL, Smith Barney Mates, Morgan Stanley Access or Prudential Calculator.
# Must be highly organized with strong attention to detail, self-motivated, good work ethics and work effectively in a team environment
# Ability to multi-task, and work in fast-paced high volume area.
# Ability to communicate/articulate issues clearly and concisely.
# Computer literate, with a proficiency in Microsoft Office.
# Have good knowledge of investment products, securities operations, and the servicing requirements of investment clients.
