Support all aspects of MSR trading and hedging Execute trades.

Perform analytics to improve hedge effectiveness and reduce hedge expenses Analyze mortgage prepayment model’s performance (historical speeds and long-term projections). Recommend calibration adjustments. Produce trade tickets and blotters Generate Risk reports, Hedge P&L and Attribution. Perform a variety of market driven analytical projects. Focus on market information around prepayment speeds. Focus on mortgage products (IOs, TBAs).

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or similar field required.  Master’s degree preferred.

5 years financial services or banking experience required. Candidate must have been on a fixed income trading desk for at least one year.

Strong technical and analytical skills required.

Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel. Fixed Income modeling experience preferred.
