 RequirementsCandidates should live in South Florida (Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties). If you do not live in South Florida please do not apply. Although there is a small comp plan during your initial training program, candidates should have some kind of sustainable source of income during the fist 3-6 months as this is not a salaried position. Candidates who apply should be articulate, outgoing, self-motivated, aggressive, goal oriented, have a strong work ethic and a positive mental attitude. Candidate must be able to work independently and require little to no supervision. Qualified individuals will be allowed to start part-time and maintain current employment if needed. A background in sales, finance or business ownership are a plus but not required. BA or BS degree is preferred. Experience is not necessary but the ability to learn and adapt quickly is.
