DRW is looking for an Algorithmic Trader to become part of our dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
- Operate automated high frequency trading systems
- Understand and troubleshoot high frequency trading strategies and systems
- Monitor the systems’ executions and open positions
- Review execution analytics
- Adjust system parameters based on market conditions
- Trade to reduce risk when a system exceeds risk limits
- Communicate relevant news, market events, and system behavior to team members
- Stay current with system functionality
- Contribute to all aspects of the trading desk activities including: position reconciliation, risk management tasks, and post trade analysis
- Hours could include:
- Day Shift: 7am – 4:15pm
- Asian Shift: 5pm – Midnight
- This position will require a rotation between both shifts
