Our client, a major international bank located in New York City is seeking a Global Markets FX Trader – VP to join their team. This individual must be well versed FX products, SPOT, Forward etc. and must have at least 5 years of experience trading these products at a major banking organization. The incumbent will be exposed to domestic and global markets.
The bank is offering a base salary in the $140k range + a competitive bonus.

- Trade FX products to achieve target profits
- Quote competitive prices to institutional clients
- Analyze market trends and share market data with internal partners
- Ensure transactions are processed timely and accurately
- Collaborate with internal personnel to improve department performance
Requirements
- 5 + years of experience trading FX products at a major bank – in depth knowledge of FX products
- Experience communicating with institutional clients
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of global market trends
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
