Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain trading relationships with internal and external Global Institutional

* Effectively communicate with internal solution teams, product teams, industry counterparts, and team members to resolve trading problems
* Assess, analyze, monitor, and ensure timely completion of all trading requests made by client.
* Transaction Initiation: Investor account administration such as new account set up, account funding, deposits, withdrawals, disbursements, transfers, account rebalancing, and other transaction based requests required for the normal care and maintenance of an account.
Requirements
* B.S./B.A. in Business or equivalent experience
* 2 to 3 years prior experience working in Cashiering / Mutual Fund, Investment Account Administration, and/or Money Fund Operations
* Knowledge and “hands on” experience of Advent Moxy trading system
* Ability to work under pressure, working to deadlines and dealing with high volumes
* Good communication skills – written and verbal
* Ability to think creatively, solve problems and identify opportunities to improve existing management and controls
* Ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Cooperate and communicate effectively and harmoniously with administration, peers, general staff, management and other personnel
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Must possess analytical skills and the ability to be creative and inventive in satisfying internal and external client needs and supporting other members of the team and organization
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. SQL or Enterprise Manager
* Minimum of 5 years experience in the Financial Industry
* Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in Advent Moxy /Axys Products
* Industry knowledge of portfolio management trading and workflows
* Excellent customer service and client management skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Technical aptitude
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to concurrently perform multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately

Job Description: GENERAL FUNCTION: Under moderate supervision, receives and enters trades from Investment Executives and customers of Fifth Third Securities. Provides value-added services to both 5/3rd Securities Investment Executives and their customers concerning trade execution and the various exchanges on which trades take place. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive and execute trade instructions from customers both directly and as a backup for unavailable Investment Executives and their assistants. * Accurately enter stock, mutual fund, bond, option, and UIT orders through NFS. * Maintain blotters of daily activity to satisfy compliance requirements. * Review and execute trades submitted through voice or Internet systems. * Arrange and monitor special settlement instruction requests for trades placed. * Execute broker requests for trade error corrections, requesting corrections through NFS and monitoring their successful completion. * Maintain and update gain and loss spreadsheets for errors. * Assist Investment Executives in all aspects of NFS trading system. * Receive, log and file monthly blotters received from brokers. * Ability to service both Investment Executives and clients of 5/3rd Securities in a professional and accurate manner. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
Requirements MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED: * Understand all aspects of equity and mutual fund trading, including stop orders, limit orders, market orders, GTC orders, margin requirements, and option orders. * Ability to work in a stressful environment, meet deadlines, and service accounts with high attention to detail. * Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. * Ability to multi-task. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Strong math and organizational skills. * PC literacy with proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Products, especially Excel. * Understanding of quote systems required. * Four-year college degree with business, accounting or related discipline. Experience in a similar position in the industry will be considered in lieu of a college degree. * 1-3 years previous brokerage industry experience. * Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
