Our client is a mid sized broker dealer with an opening for a junior trade desk support associate.

 RequirementsThe job entails a good understanding of the equity markets and how they work.  This position will sit on the equity trading desk and entail all aspects of what is needed from, breaks, fills, settlements, reconciliations.  This role will require someone who can work in a high pressured situation and will deal with traders constantly.  Only candidates that have experience do so will be considered.

The hired candidate will be required to take and pass the Series 7 and 99 within reasonable time of being hired.

Any solid internship experience would be accepted.  

This role is a clear track to becoming a trader.  The last two people in this position moved on internally to become traders.
