Job Responsibilites included but not limited to:?Answer a high volume of phone calls using a turret phone
?Support traders with their day to day needs
?Heavy meeting coordination
?Prepare materials for meetings
?Communicate directly with high-level executives both internally and externally
?Coordinate travel arrangements and arrange travel schedules
?Maintain confidential files and general organization
?Process invoices in a timely manner and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
?Schedule conference rooms
?Maintenance of monthly Travel and Expense report
?Prepare reports as requested
?Create and maintain spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and Word documentsWhat’s on offer

120-130K+BonusIn a nutshell… PLEASE READ… This job requires someone coming out of a complex, financial based environment with over 1000 servers and MUST have strong scripting experience. Also, only candidates that are LOCAL will be considered.
The Intel Systems team carries out integration and 24 x 7 support activities required to provide a robust and reliable Intel Infrastructure for a dynamic trading and investment oriented environment at the company. The role supports a highly demanding customer based that is heavily reliant on “bleeding edge” technology to compete in an extremely volatile business.
Primary Intel support will be focused on IBM & Compaq servers, Microsoft Server products, and NETAPP technologies located mainly in New York and in a BCP site. The environment consists of ~450 servers and ~2500 desktop machines.
Requirements ~2+ years of financial based experience supporting trading platforms and market data, with some knowledge working in a low latency environment.
~Active Directory management for user administration, security/group policies and file management.Familiarity with support of NAS/SAN environment. Investigate growth and capacity planning.
~Must have a strong scripting background.
~Knowledge of relevant Intel Computing technologies including SMS 2.0/2003, IBM Director, Compaq Insight Manager, NetIQ, VMWare, Active Directory
~Multiple platform familiarity, e.g., Grid, Internet, Client/Server, Virtualization, NAS
