Sales Assistant/Analyst

• Position will work as part of an investment team that manages portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, small institutions, and retirement plans
• Provides comprehensive and complex financial analysis, including performance reporting, account monitoring, data-entry, and other analytical tasks
• Supports investment due diligence and sales support on full spectrum of investment products, including mutual funds, ETFs, single securities, and alternative investments
• Receives orders from clients in diverse products; includes mastering product-specific applications, building relationships with trading desks, ensuring completion of necessary trade documentation and timely execution reporting to clients.
• Review client account activity on a daily basis to ensure overall accuracy, proper settlement of transactions and reconciliation of sales credits and fees.
• Complete ad hoc, client-related projects as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required – concentration in economics, business, accounting, or similar preferred
Series 7 & 63 licenses preferred – successful completion shall be required shortly after employment begins
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proven ability to work independently and competently handle multiple responsibilities, with a high degree of accuracy, in a high pressure environment.
Highly proficient user of Word, PowerPoint and Excel
