    Advised Assets Group, LLC is currently in search of an Investment Advisor Representative who will be responsible for prompt, accurate and professional responses to telephone inquiries, requests or problems.

    Responsibilities &

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Must possess knowledge of the participant’s portfolio objectives, asset composition and past historical information. Must be able to explain and justify past returns in comparison to economic environment (i.e., investment fundamentals), in compliance with guidelines set by the SEC.
    • Responds to telephone inquiries including, but not limited to, requests for general service information, telephone transactions, concerns related to product information, AAG financial stability, tax questions, retirement plan education, contributions and withdrawals and status requests. Possess knowledge of AAG andGWRS products and business lines.
    • Gathers additional information from clients using the managed account product and use the CSR interface to upload client data. Run reports for clients on account information.
    • Assists client in electing retirement options that meet the client’s financial needs. The individual must possess detailed knowledge of numerous retirement options. All estimates must be logged and confirmed in writing.
    General
    • Associate’s Degree in Business or related field
    • At least 2 years of Financial Services Background required
