    Our St. Paul Financial Services Client is looking for a long term temporary to assist in an operations role. Desired is someone with advanced knowledge of the investment operations, strong ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously strong customer service and relations skills, advanced mathematical and/or accounting skills, good data entry skills, effective verbal and written communication skills.     Brief Description of Role:
    The Sr. Specialist will have dividend and tax reporting experience.  In this role, they will be responsible for the daily reconciliation of income payments from DTCC and JPMorgan/Chase.
    Responsibilities include:
    • Proper credit to customer accounts to ensure that the income is properly recorded for tax reporting purposes.
    • Payments of foreign securities which involves foreign withholding taxes and making sure that the taxes withheld are done at the correct tax treaty rate
    • Working closely with the tax team to process any year end income reallocations.


    Skills and Qualifications:
    • A minimum 3 to 5 years brokerage operations experience with good working knowledge of dividends, corporate actions, tax reporting and account reconciliation.
    • Experience with DTCC
    • Dividend and tax reporting experience is ideal
    • College degree preferred, but not required.
    • Experience working with various SunGard products: Phase3, Wall Street Concepts and WealthStation is a plus.
