Semi-annual bonus calculations are based upon the team’s performance, overall firm performance and individual performance.
Job Summary:
Qualified candidates will have a strong academic background, some programming ability, and at least one year experience as a trader or analyst. This position will cover Asian or European hours. Duties will include quoting options, hedging, developing trading strategies and analytics (with an emphasis on quantitative research through R, VBA, SQL, C#), position reconciliation and risk management.
Requirements
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
· At least 1 year of industry experience. Fixed income or options preferred.
· Strong mathematical aptitude
· Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with solid GPA
· Possess the ability to learn new concepts quickly
· Is honest, trustworthy and values integrity
· Values teamwork but can still think independently
· Ability to communicate effectively under pressure
