    FRONT OFFICE PROGRAMMER-JUNIOR TRADER Base up to 125k plus up to 100% bonus based on performance of firm. If the firm makes a lot of money trading energy, so will you

    IN a nutshell, we need a junior to mid level programmer who will deal with traders (they have 3 futures traders and 3 options traders). This person will be responsible for architecting and coding high frequency trading systems. They need experience with high frequency, low latency systems.
    Requirements You can either have Java or C# or .Net experience, someone who wants to program and trade would be a perfect fit. This is not for a pure programmer this is someone who gets the business side a little bit and wants to learn. This person will at some point based on what they can do will have the opportunity to program their own trading strategies.

    Someone up to 7 years out of school would be perfect. Someone who is currently in a smaller boutique front office would be great. Must have excellent communication skills, and be able to sit with the traders all the time.
