Technology /Trade Support Representative

Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of a “Hybrid Support Desk”. The desk will provide customer support for a combination of technology and back office requirements.
Specific activities include:
* Provide Customer Service to a diverse group of users (both internal and external)
* Provide Technology Support of Citigroup’s GeoTrader Software.
* Booking trades across multiple product lines, Equities, Fixed Income and Options
* Investigate and solve “Trade Breaks”
* Create and maintain a variety of spreadsheets for compilation of statistics.
* Provide planning/input to automate manual practices and procedures.
* Participate in software testing and checkouts.Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Back Office operations experience across multiple product lines (Equities, Fixed-income)
* Business and financial knowledge
* Highly organized
* Attention to detail
* Ability to follow throughYears of Related Experience: 1 – 3 years of financial experience
Educational Level Required: High School Graduate.Special Skills, In depth knowledge of Back Office Operations, Proficient in-Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Power Point.. Experience with Citigroup’s GeoTrader application A Plus. Able to work occasional weekends.
