We offer a full range of execution and clearing services covering options and futures contracts for financial products and commodities, as well as for money market instruments, bonds, FX, equities and commodities on OTC markets. Our client also provides a range of value added services including prime brokerage, asset financing, electronic trading and order routing, cross margining, and the centralized reporting of client portfolios.
As part of a renewed expansion of our US investment platform we are currently seeking experienced, self-motivated, entrepreneurial sales traders with a strong client base and established accounts for our New York office. Our goal is to develop an interactive trading environment, in which traders will share ideas to create a team atmosphere.
Position Requirements
Experienced FX Sales Traders with 1M existing book of Buy Side Business.
Candidate should have contacts at Buy Side Shops even if they do not do business with them presently.
Ability to quickly create a stream of revenue from existing customers based on existing relationships.
Extensive knowledge of fundamental trading strategies and market characteristics within assigned securities type or sector.
Ability to introduce Pre-trade, Post-trade and other products and services in conjunction with trading services.
Candidate must have a clean U4 and U5.
Candidates should be proficient in Bloomberg, Reuters, Excel and Modeling systems.
Series 7 & 63, 3, and 55 will apply based on products/asset classes. Any additional licenses would be a plus.
Candidates must possess the motivation to be front-line sales traders.
Self-starter and strong team player.
Solid professional and personal work ethic, and highly motivated to succeed.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
College degree or equivalent work experience required.
