Position:         Fixed Income Trader/Excel Specialist (Broker Dealer)
Location:         Westport, CT

Description
Established and rapidly growing $650 million Broker Dealer / Investment Management firm seek Bachelors degree (Masters a +), Series 7 and 3-7 years prior Fixed Income Trader/ Trading Assistant/ Broker Dealer Operations experience from a broker dealer firm (equities experience a +). You will support a team of 4 traders and be involved with all aspects of trade/ support for HNW/ Private Clients and for the firm. This is a position with requirements/opportunities to participate and assist in many aspects of the company.

Qualifications
– Bachelors degree in Finance or related discipline
– 3+ years prior experience at a Broker Dealer/Investment Management/Advisory firm, including Fixed Income Trade Support or Execution Trading
– Fixed Income experience required. Equity experience a plus
– Experience with HNW/ Wealth Management a plus
– Professional presentation, hard work ethic and positive attitude
– Advanced Excel, Bloomberg. NFS Clearing/ Fee Based Tools, Schwab platforms a +
– Licenses Required: SERIES 7, 63, 65
