Operations Analyst / Junior Trader $75-100K

Position:          Operations Analyst / Junior Trader

Comp:              $75K-$100K (DOE)  + Bonus

Billion-dollar Asset Management firm seeks entrepreneur with Bachelors Degree (Finance/ Accounting a plus) with 4+ years experience in hedge fund operations and/or fund accounting and trade support/ trade execution to join their team.

You will be involved with all round asset management and administration (mutual fund / hedge fund), including trade entry and execution, P&L management/ NAV calcs, account reconciliation, trade settlement and reporting. This is a position in a small but growing firm with opportunity to be hands on and fully involved with many aspects of the firm. 

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Finance from a competitive school a plus. 4-8 years prior experience at a buy-side firm. Prior experience in Fund Accounting and/or Operations is important. Knowledge of Advent AXYS, EZE Castle a plus. Self-motivated with strong Excel skills a plus.
