Foreign Exchange Junior Trader $50K

Classification:  Foreign Exchange Specialist 

Compensation:  $40,909.99 to $50,000.00 per year 

Financial Service firm (futures commission merchant) New York, New York seeks a motivated individual to join their Trading Desk. Duties: 
Support currency dealing and trading services of the Trading Desk Execute client currency transactions and FX spot trades 
Ensure client access to up to date market and pricing information Monitor FX positions and manage FX exposure as directed by the Chief Dealer 
Keep up to date with market information and monitor trends in currency pairings 
Monitor trades to ensure compliance with internal anti-money laundering policies and procedures 
Assist Chief Dealer with establishing desk positions 
Publish weekly FX market updates 
Base salary $40,000 to $50,000 plus bonus

 RequirementsEducation/Skills: 
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
Series 3 
Series 34 (if the Series 3 was taken after May 22, 2008) 
Experience in the financial markets with specific knowledge of the FX Retail Market 
Minimum 1 year of FX experience
