Brief Description of Role:
The Signature Services High Net Worth Specialist at optionsXpress will provide customer service with High Net Worth and/or High Activity clients via Live Help chat, telephone, and email communications. In this role, the High Net Worth Specialist will answer a wide array of client questions regarding new accounts, technical issues, account types (Individual, Joint, Traditional, SEP, Roth, etc.), and trading/exchange/strategy issues. Main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting High Net Worth or High Activity clients on technical and account related issues
- Contacting High Net Worth or High Activity clients with ACAT requests
- Developing one on one rapport with all clients
- Supplying ongoing support to Live Help and Client Services phone teams to answer client inquiries
- Tracking growth and continued business from clients that have been obtained or retained by Signature Services
- Resolving complex client trading issues, or those escalated by Client Services
This position is located in El Paso, Texas.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Active FINRA Series 7 license
- Minimum 2 years brokerage/financial services experience in a client interactive role
- Minimum 1 year inside or outside sales experience
- Demonstrated passion for providing client-centric solutions
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to deliver service that results in high client satisfaction and increased client loyalty
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and relationship building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills to influence and integrate complex information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pace, dynamic environment
- Experience with options and futures trading industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
