Role:

The Senior Product Specialist will act as a service representative, supporting advisors and traders who use iRebal to manage their portfolios. In order to provide this support, the Specialist must have knowledge of advisory firm operations, financial concepts and portfolio management.
The Senior Product Specialist will also function as a business tester and subject matter expert, requiring a deep understanding of the business needs behind the technology and its application to each advisor’s unique practice. In addition to providing direct client support and product expertise, the Specialist will coordinate necessary resources across the organization to ensure high quality client experience and business process.

Responsibilities:

Act as subject-matter expert on portfolio rebalancing and trading product functionality and its application to advisor business needs

Provide direct support to advisors using iRebal ?, the Intelligent Rebalancer

Promote quality control through business testing of product enhancements and new functionality, ensuring consistency with wealth manager and trader business requirements

Work with internal product managers to catalogue and prioritize enhancement requests based on trends in the marketplace, to best serve the needs of the advisor community

Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely resolution of client requests

Document internal processes and procedures

Create and analyze management reports

Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

2-3 years of financial services experience

RIA industry experience highly preferred

Investment operations experience preferred

Series 7 preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and customer service skills
