Role:
Investools, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation, is looking for an Education Sales Counselor to join their team. The Education Sales Counselor is responsible to generate revenue through effective consultative selling over the telephone.

Responsibilities:

Generate revenue through consultative selling

Handle all client calls in a professional, ethical, and positive manner

Meet or exceed individual goals, including revenue and phone productivity metrics

Attend all sales meetings and required training

Effectively contact and follow-up with all students and prospects based on leads assigned in Client Relationship Management software

Complete Investools, Inc. product certification training

Work cooperatively with other departments and sales teams to ensure sales goals are reached

Ensure client satisfaction by working with other departments such as Student Services

Other job related duties as required by management

Requirements:

Excellent consultative selling skills

Outstanding telephone skills

Work independently

Good organization and time management skills

Knowledge of basic PC operations, Windows-based applications

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Telephone sales experience required; five years preferred
