Taxable Securities Trader
This position works closely with and supports the Senior Taxable Securities Trader and must be capable of performing all functions of that position, in the Senior Taxable Securities Trader?s absence. May also provide back-up to the Senior Municipal Securities Trader and may perform those functions in the absence of that colleague.
? *Minimum 5 years experience in a security environment and trading desk required.
? *Minimum 3 years experience working with regulatory requirements required.
? *FINRA Series 7 and 24 licenses required.
? *FINRA Series 63 and 65, or FINRA Series 66 required.
? Knowledge of personal computer and various computer software including, Excel and Word.
? Ability to use broker-provided trading platforms, including Bloomberg, BondTrader Pro, National Financial, TOMS, etc.
? Strong trading skills and extensive market and product knowledge.
? Thorough knowledge of fixed income markets including market liquidity, volatility, pricing, and trading strategies
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
